Responsibilities

Gain cross-functional experiences to enhance professional growth through four different six-month rotations
Complete three of five rotations in core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering
Complete one six-month rotation in a business elective area: strategic sourcing or logistics
Complete a twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision
Participate in individualized training and mentoring in a continuous learning environment
Receive challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility within the organization
Develop skills in data analysis, project management and people leadership

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university
Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred

GPA of 3.0 or above
Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related areas
Previous applicable co-op or intern experience
Proven teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills including an attention to detail
