Responsibilities
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to support retail promotions, product launches, product collections, and in-store initiatives
Maintain and update website content, promotional pages, and product features
Support basic SEO efforts to improve online visibility
Update product pricing and promotional pricing on the website in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring alignment with in-store pricing and marketing initiatives
Assist with creating and posting content for social media platforms
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Assist with setting up and monitoring paid digital ads (social, search, and display)
Support local and regional store promotions through digital channels
Help gather creative assets and promotional details for campaigns
Track and report on digital campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics
Assist in compiling weekly or monthly marketing performance reports
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and store leadership to support promotional initiatives
Coordinate with creative teams or external vendors as needed
Stay informed on retail trends, digital tools, and marketing best practices
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-2 years experience in digital marketing, digital media, and/or website marketing (Professional or internship)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends
Basic understanding of website management tools or e-commerce platforms
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling pricing and promotions
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Interest in retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer brands, a plus
