Responsibilities

Support the Global Partner Marketing team with the planning, execution, and measurement of joint marketing programs and campaigns

Gain a deep understanding of Okta’s joint value proposition with various partner types (Global System Integrations, Cloud Service Providers, Technology Partners) to assist with developing joint marketing and sales content

Communicate and collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers and internal sales teams across different time zones

Track and report on the performance of partner marketing campaigns, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness

Liaise with external agencies and design teams

Assist with marketing program logistics, including virtual and in-person event coordination

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Dec. 2026 or May/June 2027 graduate) with a background in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field

Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once

A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude

A 'people-person' who is comfortable building relationships with both internal teams and external partners

A keen interest in partner ecosystems and B2B technology marketing

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC)

Prior internship experience in marketing or a related field
