Accounting Assistant
Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is a leading provider of complex sheet metal and machined production parts. They are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support accounting operations, including filing, processing accounts payables and receivables, and performing administrative tasks for other departments.

Responsibilities
Processes AP vouchers
Posts customer payments
Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents
Reconciles vendor statements
Submits invoices to customer portals
Prepares and distributes reports as needed
Provides back up receptionist and AP support as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
