Account Executive
TechLink Services is looking for a relationship-driven Account Executive with a strong background in IT field services and digital signage. This role focuses on leveraging existing relationships to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence within enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities
Leverage existing client relationships and industry networks to drive near-term and long-term revenue opportunities
Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects across enterprise and mid-market segments
Develop and execute strategic account plans that prioritize growth within high-value verticals
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their technology roadmaps and operational requirements
Expand wallet share within active accounts through consistent engagement and cross-sell/upsell strategies
Maintain strong communication and partnership with key decision-makers and influencers
Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to design compelling service offerings and proposals
Assist with pricing strategy for complex projects to balance client needs and profitability
Participate in QBRs, project scoping sessions, and customer service escalations as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed activity tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting using HubSpot
Provide competitive insights to support product, pricing, and market positioning strategies
Represent TechLink at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT field services, digital signage, network deployment, managed services, or related technology solutions
Established industry relationships with the ability to generate meaningful opportunities early in tenure
Demonstrated track record of consistent quota achievement
Strong understanding of technologies such as IoT, wireless networking, SD-WAN, VoIP, and digital signage
Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage complex, multifaceted enterprise opportunities
Willingness to travel 25–50% for client visits, QBRs, and events
Preferred
Experience working with channel partners, VARs, OEMs, or technology integrators
Enterprise sales and contract negotiation experience
