IT Applications Lead, Service Delivery

The IT Applications Lead, Service Delivery will work closely with the business to deliver digital initiatives that align with strategic objectives and serve as the liaison between Service Delivery and IT teams.

Responsibilities
Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
Owns the roadmap, lifecycle and performance of service delivery applications
Coordinates with Service Delivery teams to gather operational requirements and translates them into technical solutions
Leads the implementation, configuration and optimization of Field and Technical service platforms
Acts as the primary IT point of contact for Service Delivery teams for the Field and Technical service management system
Manages relationships with application vendors, system integrations and third-party providers; oversees vendor performance, SLAs, upgrades and issue resolution
Collaborates with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, Data, etc.) to ensure seamless system integration
Manages and tracks budget for Service Delivery-approved initiatives and reports overall project status as required to the Digital Transformation office
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, safety and data accuracy through automation and system enhancements
Helps coordinate and schedule steering committee meetings for projects, where required, to obtain the necessary approvals and provide status updates to the project
Leads user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management for field application deployments
Monitors and reports Targets to Improve (TTI) metrics, system usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization
Assumes additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in implementing IT applications
Experience working within a regulated industry
Experience gathering operational requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Preferred
Experience within environmental services
Experience leading applications teams or acting as a functional lead
