This role involves managing complex administrative tasks, ensuring document accuracy, and driving system and process improvements while supporting the Contracts Manager and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare and format contract documents to meet company standards
Maintain and update contract records in the management system
Assist with contract amendments, renewals, and reporting
Support system-related projects, including testing and data integrity checks
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract-related inquiries
Support Contracts Manager while out of office and other tasks as needed from the team

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in contract administration or related field

Understanding of contract structure, lifecycle, and contract relationships
