Sr. National Account Manager KLA

They are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead commercial strategies and oversee the largest customers of the Unit Skylights business, focusing on revenue growth and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national account strategy to grow skylights revenue across targeted strategic customers, including national roofing contractors, building owners, developers, and key channel partners
Identify, pursue, and secure new national account opportunities while expanding share of wallet within existing accounts
Create account-specific growth plans aligned with Kingspan Light + Air skylights portfolio, value propositions, and long-term strategic objectives
Own national account sales targets for skylights, including revenue, margin, and project conversion goals
Actively manage a national project pipeline, from early opportunity identification through specification, bid support, and order conversion
Forecast sales performance accurately and report pipeline health, risks, and opportunities to Skylights leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships at multiple organizational levels
Lead executive-level customer meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning sessions
Proactively address customer needs related to product selection, pricing, lead times, warranty support, and technical coordination
Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure a coordinated national account approach
Align national account strategies with regional sales teams to drive pull-through and avoid channel conflict
Coordinate internal resources to support complex projects, national rollouts, and multi-site programs
Drive skylights specification activity within national accounts by engaging design professionals, contractors, and owner influencers as required
Support national programs focused on daylighting performance, code compliance, safety, sustainability, and long-term value
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform pricing strategies, product positioning, and future offerings
Support the development and execution of national pricing agreements, rebate structures, and programmatic offerings in coordination with sales leadership
Ensure national agreements are clearly communicated, implemented, and executed consistently across regions
Protect margin discipline while balancing growth objectives and customer value
Track and report key performance metrics including revenue growth, project win rates, account penetration, and customer satisfaction
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on opportunities to improve national account effectiveness and skylights market penetration
Continuously refine account strategies based on results, feedback, and evolving business priorities
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices
Represent Kingspan Light + Air professionally and consistently in all customer interactions, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted daylighting partner

Required

5+ years' experience working in B2B sales/account management (ideally in the building materials industry)
Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the year
Proven ability to build relationships, develop new business, and work collaboratively
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Comfortable selling to or influencing retail accounts with a nationwide footprint
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, process-driven approach to managing opportunities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while aligning with broader sales and channel strategies
