Responsibilities
Work with the rest of the team to brainstorm and develop new, creative approaches for advertising that meet Pacagen’s objectives and goals
Oversee development of video content and ads for all Pacagen’s paid channels using best practices for each platform, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube
Manage large influencer collaborations
Proactively stay on top of trends/best practices for social video platforms and develop new creative ideas and approaches
Create, edit, and resize video & still ads for different platforms as needed
Communicate with the entire team on different creative needs
Present ideas on creative strategy and campaigns
Qualification
Required
BS or BA in any field. But a proven track-record of high performance
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Or the willingness to learn them quickly
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Track record of high-quality work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills
Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Doesn't take good enough for an answer
