Chief Sales Officer

The Chief Sales Officer will lead the global sales organization, driving growth for technology and analytics solutions across various industries.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a technology-focused, data-driven sales strategy for global markets
Define revenue targets and OKRs for all enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts
Identify and prioritize industry verticals where analytics and AI solutions create maximum impact
Lead consultative sales processes for advanced SaaS, data analytics, and AI-driven research platforms
Engage with C-level executives to design custom solutions that address complex business problems
Build long-term strategic relationships and manage high-value, multi-year contracts
Partner with Product and Technology teams to translate platform capabilities into client ROI
Use CRM, analytics, and sales intelligence tools to drive data-backed sales decisions
Collaborate on pricing, bundling, and packaging strategies for enterprise solutions
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global sales team with deep industry and technical knowledge
Implement metrics-driven sales performance management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
Champion sales enablement, technical training, and ongoing upskilling of teams on analytics and AI solutions
Partner with Marketing to drive targeted demand generation and thought leadership campaigns in analytics and enterprise tech
Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize retention, expansion, and customer adoption of analytics platforms
Contribute to executive strategy, leveraging market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer data
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CSO or VP of Sales leading complex enterprise tech/analytics/SaaS solutions
Strong technical understanding of analytics platforms, AI/ML solutions, data services, or research products
Track record of scaling global sales teams and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets
Exceptional consultative selling skills with experience engaging C-suite and executive-level stakeholders
Data-driven mindset, with expertise in CRM, BI, and analytics tools to measure and optimize sales performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
