Responsibilities
Play a role in shaping and defining AI Search developers experience so that the developers thrive and have the best in class engineering experience
Regularly innovate and share the application of AI to improve developer experience and boost productivity
Embody secure mindset and foster inclusive team culture
Collaborate closely with AI Search teams to build generalizable frameworks and tools
Teach and incrementally improve solutions with Azure AI Search Engineering team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
3+ years of experience delivering solutions of infrastructure as a platform
2+ years of experience with increasing the development and delivery velocity of complex codebases
2+ years of experience delivering solutions of infrastructure as a platform
2+ years of experience with delivering security in the cloud
Experience successfully contributing to engineering teams to successfully deliver code into large engineering projects
