Responsibilities
Lead multiple consulting engagements or workstreams, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and quality
Act as a trusted advisor to Private Equity clients, guiding decision-making with insight and clarity
Confidently run client meetings, including Steering Committees and senior stakeholder sessions
Apply subject-matter expertise across engagements such as vendor selections, operational reviews, and transformation initiatives
Balance hands-on analysis with strategic consulting and client leadership
Coach and develop junior consultants, supporting progression and capability building
Contribute to proposals, pitch materials, and early-stage commercial discussions
Help evolve best practices, methodologies, and knowledge sharing across the consulting team
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in consulting, Private Equity, or a closely related field
Proven ability to deliver complex projects or programmes end-to-end
Experience managing workstreams independently and leading small project teams
Confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured consulting mindset
Exposure to Private Markets, financial services, or PE operating environments
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
A collaborative, proactive approach — you take ownership and move things forward
Preferred
Project and programme leadership (PRINCE2)
Data visualisation and analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Python notebooks)
Financial qualifications (IMC Levels 1 & 2, CFA)
Business analysis certifications
Technical upskilling (SQL, Excel models, AI automation)
