Vegas PBS is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Customer Service Support for our Workforce Training & Economic Development department. This role is vital in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support, ensuring smooth daily operations at our front desk.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing courteous assistance and directing inquiries appropriately
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages efficiently
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Support calendar management and scheduling for department meetings and appointments
Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and maintaining office cleanliness
Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Perform clerical tasks including typing, proofreading, data entry, and document preparation
Support bookkeeping activities related to departmental budgets or expenses as required
Ensure adherence to office protocols related to phone etiquette, confidentiality, and professionalism

Required
