Project Analyst- Supply Chain
Johns Hopkins Medicine is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality patient health care. They are seeking a Project Analyst to provide analytical and project support services to the Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Team, including organizing projects, vendor outreach, and assisting with workflow coordination.

Provide on site support with local teams- inventory planning, operations, customer service
Organize projects and documentation
Assist with workflow coordination, manage to do's
Vendor outreach
Support the Industrial Engineers I and II's
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required
One year of experience in a professional environment where the required knowledge base and skills
Professional level of oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required in order to interface with staff at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to solve problems and facilitate meeting
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is preferred
Intermediate level of knowledge in spreadsheet, database, word processing, presentation, diagramming, and project management software is preferred
Basic knowledge of and/or experience in clinical or health operations is preferred
Basic knowledge of finance, operations, logistics, statistical and simulation modeling, administrative theory, process improvement and project management is beneficial
Completion or certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean, or similar training preferred
