Responsibilities
Assist the firm’s corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice group to support a large corporate client
Negotiate technology, outsourcing, and other complex commercial transactions
Draft the agreements necessary to support those transactions
Qualification
Required
JD or educational equivalent required
3 to 5 years of post-JD practicing experience at a large law firm and/or in-house legal department
Must have current experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions, including a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Massachusetts
Preferred
Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus
