Responsibilities
Help convert legacy documentation into Paligo, our Component Content Management System (CCMS)
Use publishing tools to generate polished, customer‑facing documents
Write and edit manuals, guides, emails, and technical documents
Translate complex concepts into easy‑to‑understand language for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Create graphics, capture images, and format content for clarity and visual appeal
Apply writing and design skills to improve UX/UI for internal and external users
Assist with layout and document design for print and web content
Set up meetings and interviews with SMEs (project managers, engineers, developers, and others)
Gather information, ask the right questions, and ensure accuracy in all content
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand product functionality and workflows
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented student who enjoys writing, design, and communicating complex ideas clearly
Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills
Can grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them simply
Has excellent written communication skills in English
Pays close attention to detail and consistency
Has experience with Microsoft Office
Has familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents
