Responsibilities
Deliver sourcing and supply chain objectives for New Products in the Data Center Infrastructure space
Develop and execute category strategies to achieve total cost of ownership, lead time, capacity, innovation and quality objectives for the products managed through close collaboration with Google cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations, finance, etc.)
Conduct strategic technology negotiations including comprehensive contractual agreements to deliver cost, lead time and capacity objectives for the organization
Implement supply chain and process improvements through supplier performance metrics, scorecards, business continuity plans and regular business reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
Experience in technical category management, contract negotiation and supplier development
Preferred
Master's degree in a Technical, or Engineering field, or MBA
4 years of relevant experience in Technical Sourcing and Supply Chain Management
Experience with large-scale industrial engineering and construction programs, preferably data centers
Experience working with general contractors, integrators and suppliers in a large infrastructure environment
Experience managing Data Center Infrastructure
