Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including internal meetings, town halls, client engagements, and board meetings
Responsibilities include logistics management, vendor coordination, and onsite support
Support various communications initiatives by tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications
Contribute to internal and external communications materials such as newsletters, briefing documents, presentations, and social media content
Conduct research on industry trends, media coverage, and best practices to support strategic initiatives
Work closely with cross-functional global teams, including Marketing, HR, and leadership, to ensure alignment on messaging and events
Assist with scheduling, document management, and other day-to-day operational tasks as needed
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required
To escalate risk events immediately
To provide input to risk management processes, as required

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration is preferred but finance is accepted
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
