Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide immediate local support for production facility issues and breakdowns
Manage the operating system layer and applications on servers, ensuring proper backups, patching, restore capabilities, and security
Support a Microsoft ecosystem including O365, Active Directory (on-premise and cloud-synchronized), and cloud-native Intune
Utilize Teamviewer for remote troubleshooting as needed
Prioritize production issues, understanding their direct impact on the business
When not actively engaged in other tasks, maintain old systems, server rooms, and network cabinets
Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in layman's terms to non-technical staff
Escalate Network-related issues to our IT Managed Service Provider
Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings with the global IT team
Qualification
Required
2+ Years of experience administering and supporting Windows Active Directory
Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
Professional expertise provisioning, managing, and troubleshooting users in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Proficiency supporting users with Microsoft 365 products and services
Preferred
Experience with SharePoint administration and support
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune device management
Experience using or supporting Power Automate workflows
Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., Teamviewer)
