Responsibilities

Facilitate hardware capacity delivery by securing essential space, power, and networking across global data centers to support internal product testing
Cultivate and maintain relationships across the team, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless operational alignment and project success
Own the on-time delivery (OTD) for projects at specified global locations, managing the life-cycle from initial procurement to final hardware maintenance
Orchestrate stakeholder coordination by setting clear deliverable expectations, monitoring parallel work-streams, and proactively resolving technical roadblocks to maintain project momentum
Partner with internal customers to define metric requirements, ensuring the accurate collection and analysis of data to drive informed decision-making and project iterations

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience managing hardware deployments, capacity planning, or infrastructure operations within a data center or colocation environment
Experience using SQL or Python for data analysis and database hygiene
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience implementing non-standard solutions to engineering challenges
Ability to manage simultaneous project work-streams with attention to detail
Ability to evaluate competing project dependencies and prioritize high-impact deliverables in a fast-paced environment
