Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET-based applications and components, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability
Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions, offering creative solutions to complex technical challenges
Identify and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues through effective debugging and testing
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and provide technical insights
Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase changes and collaborate efficiently with team members
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and user guides
Optimize application performance by analyzing code, database queries, and system configurations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance software development processes
Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure the application's security
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
5+ years of experience in an Agile product development environment
5+ years of experience with C#, SQL, HTML4/5, CSS3, XML/XSLT, JQuery
5+ years of experience with SQL Server, Stored procedures, performance tuning
5+ years of experience with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
Design and develop Windows console applications, Windows services, web applications, services, and web applications using C#/.NET, VB.Net, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQLServer 2019, Gitlab, ASP.NET and MSTest Framework
Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment
Preferred
Knowledge of VB is a plus
Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts
