Responsibilities

Define Vision & Strategy: Shape the product vision and define the “North Star” for agentic AI capabilities within GCS. Ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategy and business OKRs
Drive Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain the Agentic Product roadmap, balancing innovation, business value, and risk. Lead prioritization across initiatives using measurable value and impact metrics
Champion Customer Value: Translate complex customer and business problems into agent use cases. Partner with UX and AI teams to design end-to-end experiences that enhance decision-making, productivity, customer value and satisfaction
Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Define and track key performance indicators (adoption, efficiency gains, cost savings, satisfaction, product velocity). Communicate outcomes and learnings to senior leaders
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary business interface for the Agentic Innovation team—collaborating with stakeholders across GCS Product, Engineering, and Partner teams to deliver cohesive, compliant solutions
Governance Alignment: Partner with Product Development and Governance teams to ensure delivery adheres to risk, model validation, and compliance frameworks
Commercial Enablement & Viability: Own the commercial readiness of agentic products and features, working closely with Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Servicing and Governance partners to ensure offerings are viable, scalable, and compliant. Drive launch strategy, value articulation, and adoption plans to maximize business impact

Qualification

Required

4+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, fintech, or digital platforms
Proven track record in defining and launching innovative, customer-centric products
Strategic thinker with ability to connect business goals to technology outcomes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in complex, fast-paced environments
Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, and digital transformation

Preferred

Experience in AI-driven product ecosystems or conversational/agentic platforms
Background in enterprise payments, B2B commerce, or digital innovation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
