Responsibilities

Play a key part in shaping how the organization engages and manages staffing vendors for both contingent (staff augmentation) and direct hire needs across the organization
Operate in both strategic and tactical levels - driving vendor selection and management, improving operational processes, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Establish best practices, ensure compliance, and help their teams hire talent quickly and effectively
Serve as the primary point of contact for all staffing vendors and contingent workforce (CW) agency hires
Partner with TA/HR, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure vendors are fully vetted and approved
Manage the end to end SOW process for CW agency hires and direct hire placements, including gathering hiring details and securing approvals
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by providing data, insights, and guidance to improve recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and extension processes for CW agency hires

Required

8+ years of experience managing staffing vendors and/or serving as a corporate staffing representative from an in-house perspective, prior experience managing a contingent workforce program is required
Strong background in procurement processes, MSAs/SOWs, compliance, program implementation, and process improvement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all staffing vendors and contingent workforce (CW) agency hires
Partner with TA/HR, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure vendors are fully vetted and approved
