Responsibilities
Support 38 VAMC/HCS across the nation with visibility into 5 functional communities at each facility. In addition, Maximo has been deployed to VACO
Connected Health, and VA Office of Inspector General (OIG)
Support the training needs will vary by approximately 22 Maximo roles which are currently responsible for performing the business processes supported by the current Maximo EAWM solution
Deliver electronic updates to existing Training Plan as required
Deliver electronic updates to existing Training Materials as required
Documents include but may not be limited to: User Guides, Quick Reference Documents (QRD) Job Aids, Self-Paced Course, How-To Videos and existing Web Based Training (WBT) documents
Work with VA Help Desk staff to identify common user issues and questions that will be addressed in future training sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree; 8 relevant years of experience can be substituted for degree
10+ years' relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Experience in coordinating multiple training programs
Conducting live training, including complex IT technical training
Utilizing multiple training techniques and tools with various media
Ability to train students with various skill levels and class sizes
