In this role, you will drive critical design work that impacts advanced military aircraft, focusing on electrical integration and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cable and wire harness detail and assembly designs
Conduct and lead design analyses and design reviews
Provide engineering design dispositions for discrepancies, including:
Rejection tags
Production action requests
Shop revision requests
Document processes, specifications, and procedures for electrical commodity design and manufacturing
Create complex statements of work, including budgets, schedules, and metrics
Perform technical evaluations of supplier capabilities to support source selection
Design aircraft equipment installations such as:
Trays
Shelves
Adapters
ECS ducts
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration across structures, subsystems, and electrical designs
Qualification
Required
10+ years of aerospace design experience
Proficiency in NX
Degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or related field
Bachelor's +9 years of experience
Master's +7 years of experience
PhD +4 years of experience
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license
