Responsibilities
Design and oversee end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture across Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain modules
Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and maintainability of the NetSuite platform
Define and enforce technical standards, guidelines, and best practices
Review and approve NetSuite customizations, integrations, and workflows
Provide architectural guidance on data modeling, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to align technical decisions with business objectives
Evaluate and recommend third-party tools, applications, and add-ons
Ensure NetSuite implementations align with enterprise IT policies and long-term strategy
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, preferably with ERP / NetSuite implementations
Strong expertise in NetSuite modules, architecture, integrations, and customization
Proven experience designing scalable, secure ERP solutions
Hands-on knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and data migration strategies
Experience with enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Celigo, or similar)
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, SaaS best practices, and IT governance
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
