Responsibilities
Support day-to-day client onboarding activities, including Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and account setup coordination
Assist with onboarding-related projects such as new business launches and remediation exercises to improve process efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
Participate in client data reconciliation and general data cleanup tasks, depending on technical skillset and experience
Help track onboarding progress and maintain records to support reporting and audit readiness
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements to onboarding workflows

Qualification
Required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
Preferred
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration is preferred but information systems / technology data science is accepted
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
