Responsibilities
Architect and develop end-to-end cloud-native applications on SAP BTP, using the Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model (Node.js or Java) for scalable backend services and SAPUI5/Fiori for intuitive frontends
Design complex data models and service definitions using Core Data Services (CDS), ensuring seamless persistence in SAP HANA Cloud and efficient OData (V2/V4) service exposure
Build responsive user interfaces using Fiori Elements for standardized layouts and Freestyle UI5 for highly customized business requirements, ensuring a consistent and high-performance user experience
Implement enterprise-grade security using XSUAA (Identity & Access Management) and integrate services with SAP S/4HANA or third-party platforms via BTP Destinations, Connectivity, and Event Mesh
Manage the full application lifecycle using SAP Business Application Studio (Client), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines, while continuously optimizing code for performance and scalability
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in SAP UI5/Fiori
Strong hands-on experience in CAP (Node.js/Java)
Strong hands-on experience in OData services
Experience in architecting and developing end-to-end cloud-native applications on SAP BTP
Experience in designing complex data models and service definitions using Core Data Services (CDS)
Experience in building responsive user interfaces using Fiori Elements and Freestyle UI5
Experience in implementing enterprise-grade security using XSUAA
Experience in integrating services with SAP S/4HANA or third-party platforms via BTP Destinations, Connectivity, and Event Mesh
Experience in managing the full application lifecycle using SAP Business Application Studio
Experience in Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to continuously optimize code for performance and scalability
