Responsibilities
Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance explanations
Support financial statement preparation and internal reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit activities
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, recommending improvements as needed
Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, or process optimization initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership on accounting-related matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience strongly preferred
CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
Strong understanding of GAAP
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel; experience with modern ERP systems is beneficial
Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly
