Responsibilities

Assist in researching and identifying potential clients and market opportunities to support business development efforts
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure accurate and current information
Process customer orders efficiently, including order entry, verification, and coordination with logistics and inventory teams
Communicate with clients to confirm order details, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on order status
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications
Support the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order processing cycle

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Proven experience in a business development support or order processing role

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with ERP (NetSuite) systems and advanced CRM platforms (Salesforce)
Familiarity with sales and order management processes in a B2B environment
Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
Customer service experience with a focus on client relationship management
