Responsibilities
Technicians are going to be installing/upgrading/maintaining humanoid simulators at different medical related clients such as nursing schools, universities, etc
Technicians will travel within given territory to ensure simulators are working properly, setting up to the networks, do preventive maintenance, and any trouble shooting necessary
Technicians will be working with the clients and resolving any issues
You will be trained on the simulator programming and build out
Qualification
Required
Must love flying/traveling!
Good networking, electronics, and IT understanding
Experience in installing/upgrading/maintaining humanoid simulators
Ability to travel within given territory
Setting up simulators to the networks
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience working with clients and resolving issues
Knowledge of Windows 10 O/S
Networking knowledge
Understanding of electronics, cabling, HW/SW
Must live within one hour of the local airport
Must be flexible with the schedule
Must be willing to travel and be away from home Monday through Friday
Must have a valid credit card
Must be responsible and punctual
Self-starter
Enjoy travel and be ready to go on short notice
Sharp, presentable, and articulate
Good customer service sense
Skills in Installation, Windows 10, Tcp/ip, Electronics
