Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each entity
Create timely P&L and Balance Sheet reports including executive summary analysis for management’s guidance
Consolidate financial reports to provide a comprehensive view of the overall financial health of the organization
Develop and manage budgets for each entity by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, and recommending changes
Conduct regular forecasting to identify potential financial risks and opportunities and provide status of financial conditions
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
Conduct periodic audits to identify and address discrepancies or issues
Monitory and manage cash flow for each entity, optimizing liquidity and supporting day-to-day operations
Guide financial decisions and provide financial recommendations to support strategic decision-making by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures

Required
