Human Resources Coordinator
Catholic Health is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide guidance, support, and coordination in the effective application of HR policies and procedures. The role involves performing various administrative and technical duties across HR functions, serving as the first point of contact for employees, and supporting employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support across all Human Resources functions
Serve as the first point of contact for HR by answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to basic employee relations inquiries; route issues to appropriate HR staff
Respond promptly to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Support positive employee relations, employee engagement, and organizational culture
Maintain working knowledge of state and federal employment laws (EEO, FMLA, PFL, COBRA, etc.)
Maintain accurate employee records, including file updates, audits, scanning, indexing, storage, and retrieval (physical and electronic)
Assist with onboarding paperwork, I-9 tracking, unemployment claims, license and certification renewals, and provide administrative support to the VP of HR as needed
Support HR Specialist with Leave of Absence administration and related communications
Track and process invoices and maintain office supplies
Assist with performance management, benefits administration, and special projects as assigned
Perform other duties as required and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
1–3 years of experience in a customer service–related role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
