Responsibilities

Desire to learn and build knowledge within the realm of Information and Technology
Desire to work in a customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills, detail oriented, and organized
Experience with collaborating effectively within team environments
Knowledge of, or courses taken in Windows, Mac OS X desktop administration, or Linux
Knowledge of, or courses taken in solving software and hardware issues
Enroll in and successfully complete a minimum of 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester (or the equivalent of full-time enrollment) in a Computer Science, Information Technology, (or relevant IT focus) major
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge and/or experience within data analytics
Knowledge of and /or experience administrating Linux, Windows, or Mac systems
Knowledge of and/or experience with hardware or software applications
Knowledge of and/ or experience within Cyber Security
PMP or related Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, PSPO, or similar)

Required

Pursuing one of the following degrees (or equivalent): Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, System Administration, or Information Engineering Technology
Maintain a minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale for consideration
Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester
