Responsibilities
Administers and supports the NetSuite ERP platform, including system configuration, data imports, optimization, new module implementations, and legacy system migrations
Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and design ERP solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Supports the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of NetSuite CRM functionality to align with sales, customer success, and marketing processes
Configures and maintains custom roles, workflows, records, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
Administers and enhances NetSuite and related systems, including modules, configurations, customizations, integrations, and data pipelines, to support evolving business processes and cross-functional initiatives
Maintains and supports integrations with third-party platforms including Fivetran, SquareWorks, DocuSign, FloQast, and CloudExtend
Promotes data integrity and partners with BI and reporting teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data outputs
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users, resolving issues efficiently and documenting solutions
Ensures system configurations align with internal policies, controls, and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, including NetSuite
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience administering NetSuite modules, configurations, customizations, and system integrations
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and ERP–CRM integration best practices
Experience integrating and supporting third-party platforms, APIs, and data pipelines (e.g., Fivetran)
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading cross-functional ERP initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages
