This position will provide support to the front desk and involves regular interaction with all Frontage locations and external vendors, assisting senior leaders with various assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
Greet guests, manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintain an organized, clean office environment
Provide administrative support to senior leaders
Plan, organize, and schedule company and client meetings
Order and oversee office supplies, order lunches for department meetings
Maintain and stock conference rooms, coffee stations, and consignment stockroom
Enter equipment contract information into the contract tracking system
Perform day-to-day invoice activities, including reviewing and verifying requested invoices for accuracy
Follow-up with past due invoices, research billing discrepancies with the assistance of the collections staff
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned responsibilities
Other duties as assigned by Procurement department
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in office management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
