All components of loan processing are completed accurately and thoroughly documented
Underwriting tasks as assigned
Tailoring responses and actions based on individual preferences and activity
Conducting thorough application review at each touch point to ensure correct actions are taken
Handling questions from borrowers and setting proactive review points
Ensuring quality of service for their borrowers at every touch point
Sorting through applicant information and maintaining accurate records
Qualification
Required
Preference for Sophomores or Juniors / Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Highly motivated and dependable
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service focus
Excellent typing/data entry skills
