Senior Creative Associate

Access is a women-owned and women-led destination management company that collaborates with clients to design and execute corporate events and programs. As a Senior Creative Associate, you will work within the Creative Team to produce strategic proposals and sales/marketing collateral, ensuring a thoughtful representation of the brand and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure a concise, accurate, and thoughtful approach to the visual representation of our ideas and brand
Live all company values, with a special emphasis on Imagine First, Embody Excellence and Always Collaborate
Continue developing expertise in event trends, creative concepts, and industry best practices
Act as an extension of the Creative Manager for proposal strategy by sitting on brainstorming sessions for large program opportunities and bid situations
Build and maintain industry supplier knowledge and relationships for products and services
Effectively communicate with suppliers, manage vendor bookings/holds, and maintain updated vendor information in our Salesforce database

Required

Comfort with in-person collaboration, meetings, and partner visits
Ability to produce strategic and creative proposals and sales/marketing collateral
Experience working with a variety of suppliers
Administrative functions to provide day-to-day support to the Creative Team
Ensure a concise, accurate, and thoughtful approach to the visual representation of ideas and brand

Continue developing expertise in event trends, creative concepts, and industry best practices
Act as an extension of the Creative Manager for proposal strategy
Build and maintain industry supplier knowledge and relationships for products and services

Execute proposal budgets

Preferred

2 - 3+ years in a DMC or a related field
Demonstrated success with creative problem-solving and taking initiative
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented
Strong organization and time management skills
