This position provides high-level administrative support within a structured office environment, serving as a key point of coordination for information flow, documentation, and routine business operations.

Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and completing basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other business documents
File, retrieve, and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports in accordance with company standards
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence including mail, faxes, and emails
Prepare routine responses to correspondence and route inquiries to appropriate personnel
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems
Support administrative processes using SAP and other internal systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
0–2 years of administrative or clerical experience
Hands-on experience with SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience preparing business correspondence, reports, and invoices
Familiarity with records management and document control practices
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional office setting
