Data Entry & Bookkeeping Specialist
MOS / McCrimon's Office Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Bookkeeping Specialist to support their daily administrative and financial operations. The role involves performing accurate data entry, maintaining financial records, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry into accounting and business systems
Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and payment information
Assist with bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy of financial data
Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records
Support month-end and reporting processes as needed
Communicate with internal teams regarding discrepancies or missing information
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles
Proficiency with computers and common office software (Excel, accounting systems, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting support preferred
Associate degree in accounting or related field a plus
