This role supports core HR functions with a strong focus on administration, compliance, safety initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities
Perform general HR administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Assist with onboarding paperwork and new-hire documentation
Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing and verifying information
Assist with HR compliance activities, including recordkeeping, audits, and policy documentation
Support workplace safety initiatives by maintaining training records, incident documentation, and safety-related communications
Help coordinate employee engagement activities such as events, communications, and internal initiatives
Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions as needed
Respond to basic HR inquiries and direct requests appropriately
Ensure HR documents and records are organized, accurate, and up to date
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clear communication skills and a reliable, consistent work ethic
Ability to follow established procedures and support compliance requirements
