Responsibilities
Develop strategic frameworks that power experience-led marketing and create cohesive brand storytelling across channels
Lead pitch deck strategy, ideation sessions, and stakeholder discovery to uncover audience motivations, brand truths, and white-space opportunities
Build integrated, audience-first strategies that connect physical, digital, social, and mobile touchpoints into seamless brand journeys
Identify new experience models, technology-driven engagement ideas, and emerging cultural and industry trends
Collaborate with Strategy and Planning partners to shape research approaches, strategic tools, and measurement frameworks that connect insight to action
Support and mentor junior strategists when needed, contributing to the growth of our strategic thinking as a discipline
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years experience working in the experiential event industry, ideally within an agency
A strong grasp of digital, social, and mobile ecosystems, and how they amplify and extend live experiences
Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, marketing, or communications is a plus
Big-picture thinker who can also define measurable, outcome-driven strategic direction
Proven ability to turn research and data into clear frameworks, stories, and experience concepts
Strong research background, including both primary and secondary methodologies
Comfort working with data and synthesizing information into actionable insights
Excellent storytelling, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills
Flexible collaborator who can lead, contribute, or support depending on project needs
Clear communicator with empathy and respect for diverse perspectives
A genuine passion for strategy, culture, and continuous learning
