Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking services and guide them from inquiry through assessment
Manage the intake CRM, follow up with leads, and support basic insurance verification alongside billing
Monitor waitlists, scheduling, and clinic capacity to align intake with staffing availability
Track and improve intake metrics, including conversion rate from inquiry to start and time to start
Own full-cycle recruiting for BCBAs, and RBTs
Maintain and strengthen university partnerships (ASU, U of A, NAU, and others) to support intern and RBT pipelines
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience for all applicants
Track and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles
Qualification
Required
Minimum experience: Mid-level
