Required

A Technical Operator: You aren't afraid of the code. You can debug a tracking pixel, and configure GTM without waiting for a developer
A Scientific Tester: You don't guess, you test. You treat marketing as a series of structured experiments and know how to distinguish signal from noise in the data
A Scrappy Builder: You enjoy being close to the work and are always learning new tools (AI, strategies, etc.) to find a competitive advantage
Stack: Meta, Google, GA4, GTM, SQL/Python
