Soul Equity Solutions is a woman-owned boutique executive search firm that specializes in recruiting top-tier talent for Middle Market Private Equity firms. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting team by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records, while gaining hands-on exposure to executive search and private equity recruiting.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Shadow recruiter-led candidate interviews to learn our process
Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS (RecruiterFlow)
Apply tags and update notes and custom fields for candidate tracking
Assist with writing and sending outbound recruiting campaigns
Screen applicants for alignment with open roles
Support recruiters with candidate research and prep
Post job descriptions and assist with marketing roles across platforms
Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in our database
Jump in and assist with special projects as needed

Required

A self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
