Responsibilities
Own delivery of the Cloud Platform Strategy Roadmap, including quarterly milestones and transformation phases
Implement automation, runbooks, and modular deployment patterns for multi-cloud environments
Ensure platform components meet security, compliance, and operational standards
Build and mentor a high-performing Cloud Ops Platform team
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive automation of tenant lifecycle processes and incident response
Oversee migration of critical workloads and validate platform design through pilots
Expand platform adoption and standardize workflows across environments
Define and enforce platform SLAs for uptime, deployment success, and incident response
Ensure integration of security, governance, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Security, and Cloud Ops leadership to align platform capabilities with business needs
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders

Qualification
Required
8+ years in Cloud Operations or Platform Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Deep expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/ARM)
Strong understanding of multi-cloud automation, security hardening, and SaaS architectures
Proven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver complex platform projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, CKA, ITIL
