The Agora Companies is one of the world’s leading publishers of independent financial newsletters, and they are seeking a Video Editor to join their marketing team. This entry-level role offers significant growth potential, where the candidate will produce engaging video content and support various aspects of video production.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Edit and produce video content to support marketing and promotional initiatives
Create detailed and animated motion graphics
Design slides and full-screen graphics for promotional materials
Assist with talent preparation and on-set coordination
Record video and audio, ensuring accuracy and quality during script reads
Collaborate closely with the Video Director and Graphics
Support all aspects of video production, including sourcing stock footage, music, props, equipment, and locations
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in video production preferred (internships and relevant coursework welcome)
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a must (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Close attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and processes
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule when production demands require it
Preferred
Knowledge and experience in AI Software a plus (Elevenlabs, ChatGPT, HeyGen)
