Helpdesk Support Analyst
Gila Regional Medical Center is seeking a Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide clerical and analytical support to the IT Department. The role involves monitoring critical computer systems, resolving first-level IT issues, and managing inventory and procurement needs.

Responsibilities
Follows pre-defined procedures to monitor and inspect critical computer hardware, software, security and environmental systems
Resolves first level calls including password resets, toner replacements, equipment procurement, documentation, and minor computing problems with pre-defined fixes or procedures from a knowledgebase system
Drafts and updates procedures and documentation related to computer support issues
Works to establish constant tech skills improvement
Manages and maintains all inventory asset tracking and procurement needs per IS Director
Monitors all systems through IS Event Monitoring software
Audits AD anomalies through IS monitoring applications reports and opens tickets up immediately to Senior Infrastructure Architect and Director of Information Systems
Maintains all software inventory and reports any issues to Director of information Systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple teams
Good customer service, time management, problem solving and timely decision making abilities
Computer aptitude and familiarity with the basic operation of typing and navigating software
Preferred
One year IT work experience preferred
