They are searching for a Technical Fellow to guide enterprise-wide technical strategy, solve complex engineering problems, and mentor technical staff.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Strategy: Define, lead, and influence technical strategies for products, processes, and services. Act as the SME across EOI Engineering
Complex Problem Solving: Resolve critical technical issues that arise across engineering
Mentorship & Influence: Mentor Lead engineers and foster technical expertise within the company
Architectural Oversight: Review and guide the design, integration, and performance of complex systems
Business Impact: Support proposal development and contribute to new business pursuits
Promote collaboration across the EOI Space enterprise to align activities with system-level solutions that benefit EOI Space and our customers
Exemplify and champion the EOI Purpose and EOI Leadership Behaviors: Respect for people, continuous improvement, and customer focus
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience with satellite-based high resolution electro-optical payloads
Successfully designed/built/launched/operated multiple spacecraft
Demonstrated ability to champion and shape the strategic direction, define the tactical programs, and ensure the execution of roadmaps
Familiarity with aerospace industry trends, customer needs, and competitive technologies
Ability to make decisions with confidence when problems or solutions are not well-defined
Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
This position requires U.S. citizenship status
