Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT needs and troubleshoot tech issues for our team
Oversee and maintain our SOC 2 compliance program
Take charge of managing the company’s various insurance policies
Pitch in with HR and people ops tasks to keep our team running effectively
Embrace a 'no task too small' mindset
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of professional experience in IT support, operations, or a related role
A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Strong computer and technology skills are a must
Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) administration and Slack management is highly beneficial
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues
Any exposure to security or compliance frameworks (especially SOC 2, and potentially HIPAA in healthcare) is a major plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing projects or vendors (even on a small scale)
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues across all teams
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through
High integrity and strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience helping with an ISO or SOC2 audit or maintaining documentation for one
Experience in a startup or small company setting
